Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods or if an order requires additional verification.

United States Shipping

Orders shipping to eligible United States addresses receive free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $69 USD or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below the threshold will see available rates at checkout. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International delivery is typically estimated at 7–21 business days after dispatch. Available destinations, rates, and methods are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or import charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Tracking and Delays

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information associated with the order. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery estimates.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your full delivery address before checkout. Email qile6653@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun, and additional costs may apply if a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Delivery Problems
